Predicador
Predicador Blanco is a white wine from the D.O. Rioja made by Bodega Contador. It is a blend of White Grenache (42%), Viura (33%) and Malvasía (25%) from vineyards in the towns of San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Briones. A key to all work carried out at Bodega Contador is the meticulous attention paid to detail at every stage of the production process. The soil is only treated with fertilizer some years, and it is always made from organic material made in the winery from sheep manure. Bodega Contador follow biodynamic guidelines throughout the whole process. The must flower ferments in new French oak barrels. It goes through a cold maceration for 48 hours and ferments at a controlled temperature of between 15 and 18ºC. Predicator Blanco ages for 8 months in new (30%) and one wine old (70%) French oak barrels. An excellent white wine, doted with a special character provided by its ageing in wood. (Source)

Sax Grüner Veltliner
Sax-Grüner Veltliner is an Austrian wine that won the Sakura Award 2020 in Japan. Rich fruit and clear minerals from loess and slate soils can be felt. A wine with a rich and condensed taste that comes from grapes over 50 years old. The potential for aging is over 15 years. After fermentation in a stainless steel tank, it is aged on all starches for 4 months and then on good quality starches for 4 months. Aromas of ripe peach-strong fruits, licorice, ripe apples and peppercorns. The palate has a stable acidity, herbal nuances, nutty aromas, strong spices and a smoky taste.
